About the Certifications, and Catch wrestling. The 2 days at the november certification with Kris Iatskevich changed my game right there. Probably not in a very obvious manner, but my approach and strategies were altered, and I certainly could tell the first time back on the mat after that weekend. The training/teaching approach of drilling, learning techniques in chains/flows instead of “here's a technique... Here's another one”, was a revelation to me. Now I am proud to say I am a Catch Wrestler, certified level 2! I am proud to be part of this.
